About the role

Role Overview

DataAnnotation is seeking a Web Developer/Designer to help train cutting-edge AI models. You will assess and improve how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work, including interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI output for correctness and performance
Help train models on aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Provide detailed feedback to refine the model’s sense of usability, aesthetics, and creative quality

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)

Project Path

Apply through a general core assessment
Complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design
Once approved, work on general AI training projects and be invited to design-specific projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation)

Compensation & Work Details

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Choose which projects you want to work on; work on your own schedule
Rates: $20+ USD/hr for general AI training; $40+ USD/hr for design-focused projects
Bonuses for exceptional work
Payment via PayPal
