Role Overview

Web Developer/Designer (remote, independent contract) You’ll help train AI models by reviewing and improving how they understand, generate, and evaluate design work—especially UI/UX, layouts, visuals, and user experiences. Your design expertise will guide feedback that shapes the model’s sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

What You’ll Do

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI output for correctness and performance
Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Contribute to design-specific projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluations (including presentations and creative deliverables)

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of:
- Visual hierarchy
- Interaction design
- User flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed), but not required

Contracting & Compensation

Remote; full-time or part-time
Choose which projects to work on and work on your own schedule
Payment via PayPal
General AI training projects: $20+ USD/hr
Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr
Bonuses for exceptional work
