About the role

Role Overview

You’ll work as a Web Developer/Designer helping train AI models to better understand and produce design work. You’ll review AI-generated UI/UX, visuals, and user experience outputs, then provide feedback to improve aesthetic quality, usability, and overall design performance.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
Help train models on aesthetic quality and user-centered design principles
Support design-specific projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation, presentations, and creative deliverables)

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s preferred (current/in-progress/completed)

Nice to Haves

Completion of the Web & UI/UX Design qualification after core assessment (process described in posting)

Compensation & Work Details

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Choose which projects you want to work on; work on your own schedule
General AI training: $20+/hr
Design-focused projects: $40+/hr
Bonuses for exceptional work
Payment via PayPal
