Role overview

DataAnnotation is seeking a Web Developer/Designer to help train AI models to better understand visual and design principles. You will review AI-generated design work, provide detailed feedback, and refine how models evaluate aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate quality of AI outputs for correctness and performance
Help train models on aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Contribute to design-specific projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluations (including presentations and creative deliverables)

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed)

Compensation & work style

Remote full-time or part-time
Choose which projects to work on; flexible schedule
Rates: $20+/hr for general AI training; $40+/hr for design-focused projects
Bonuses for exceptional work
Payment via PayPal (independent contract)
