Role overview

DataAnnotation is seeking a Web Developer/Designer to help train and improve cutting-edge AI models. You’ll review AI-generated design outputs—such as interfaces, layouts, visuals, and UX—and provide detailed feedback to refine the model’s aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
Help train models to better understand:
- aesthetic quality
- user-centered design
- usability and interaction fundamentals
Contribute to design-specific projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation, presentations, and creative deliverables)

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)

Remote (full-time or part-time) and you can choose which projects to work on
Pay via PayPal
Rates:
- General AI training: $20+/hr
- Design-focused projects: $40+/hr
- Bonuses for exceptional work
