Role Overview

Web Developer/Designer to help train cutting-edge AI models. You will assess and improve how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work—such as interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences—by reviewing model outputs and providing detailed feedback.

What You’ll Do

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate output quality for correctness and performance
Help train models to better understand:
- Aesthetic quality
- User-centered design and usability
Participate in design-specific projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation, presentations, and creative deliverables)

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flows
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required (current/in progress/completed)

Compensation & Work Setup

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Choose which projects to work on; work on your own schedule
Rates:
- General AI training: $20+ USD/hr
- Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr
- Bonuses for exceptional work
Payment via PayPal
