About the role
Role Overview
Web Developer/Designer (AI Training) You will help train and improve AI models by evaluating and critiquing AI-generated design outputs. Using your UI/UX and design expertise, you’ll provide detailed feedback to improve the model’s understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
- Help train models on aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Contribute to design-specific projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation, presentations, and creative deliverables)
Qualifications
- Fluent English (native or bilingual)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)
Compensation & Work Details
- Independent contract; full-time or part-time remote work
- Flexible schedule and ability to choose which projects to work on
- General AI training: $20+ USD/hr
- Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr
- Bonuses for exceptional work
- Payment via PayPal
