Role Overview

Clarity Med Legal is hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead design of intuitive, engaging user experiences across web and mobile products. You’ll help shape product direction, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process (from user research to final UI design and implementation support)
• Translate complex product requirements into intuitive and scalable UX
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing to guide design decisions
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions
• Build and maintain design systems, patterns, and documentation for consistency
• Provide mentorship and design guidance to junior designers
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong end-to-end product design portfolio
• Proficiency in Figma
• Solid knowledge of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility standards
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

• Experience working in Agile product teams
