Role Overview

Stefanini Group is hiring a Web Designer (Remote) to support delivery of multiple digital solution initiatives, including SharePoint Online and other work requiring intuitive, compliant, user-centered interfaces.

Responsibilities

Support successful delivery of digital solution initiatives (e.g., SharePoint Online)
Create high-quality user interfaces, information architectures, prototypes, and visual assets
Ensure designs are intuitive, accessible, compliant, and aligned with enterprise design standards
Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to agile delivery

Qualifications

Interaction design
Visual design and digital branding
UX design
SharePoint Online design and configuration (high priority)
Cross-functional collaboration
Agile delivery experience

Nice to Have

Experience filling specialized design capability gaps within a UX/CMX team
