Role overview

Join our 100% remote team as a Web Designer / UI Designer. You’ll create visually stunning, intuitive UI/UX for web applications (and occasionally mobile apps), working closely with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver world-class user experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead the creative process for project engagements
Create and present design ideas and concepts for digital experiences (primarily websites)
Prepare creative briefs and supporting assets for relevant stakeholders
Produce wireframes (or similar artifacts) and turn them into intuitive user interfaces
Collaborate with technical and analytical teammates to ensure designs align with brand and usability/website standards
Maintain consistency in design, UI/UX, and content across branded experiences
Conduct user research and testing to validate that designs are intuitive and meet customer needs

Requirements

Strong UI design skills and a solid UI design portfolio
Experience translating brand identities into compelling digital experiences (websites and applications)
Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Creative Suite mentioned)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet deadlines
Comfortable in a small, distributed team environment
Fluency in spoken and written English

Nice to have / fit

Bias for action and team-oriented mindset (works well in collaboration)
This role may not fit if you prefer being the only designer on a project
