About the role
Role Overview
Join DataAnnotation as a Web Application Developer working remotely to train and improve AI models. You will evaluate AI chatbot outputs and complete coding challenges that help raise model quality.
Responsibilities
- Create and/or assign coding challenges for AI chatbots
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for correctness and performance
- Solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank-style) and explain your solution approach
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript
- Ability to solve coding problems using at least one of: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift
- Strong algorithms and data structures knowledge
- Detail-oriented with effective debugging skills
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (current, in-progress, or completed)
Compensation & Logistics
- Independent contract, remote
- Paid hourly: $50–$100+/hr with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
- Payment via PayPal (no applicant fees requested)
- Only candidates in the United States will be considered
