Role Overview

You will join the DataAnnotation team to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. Your work focuses on measuring chatbot progress, assessing their logic, and solving coding problems to improve model quality.

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
• Assess AI model responses for correctness and performance
• Improve model quality by solving problems and explaining your reasoning

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python and/or JavaScript
• Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) in one or more of: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift
• Can explain how your solution solves each coding problem
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
• Detail-oriented; strong experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)

Additional Details

• Independent contract role
• Remote (United States applicants only)
• Paid hourly starting at $50–$100+/hr, with bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work
• Payment via PayPal; no fees requested from applicants
