About the role

Role Overview

Join the DataAnnotation team as a Web Application Developer to help train AI models. You will create and evaluate coding challenges for AI chatbots, measure progress, and improve model quality by solving and explaining programming problems.

Responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI model responses for correctness and performance
Solve programming problems and explain how your solutions work
Identify issues and iterate to improve the overall quality of the AI model

Requirements

Proficient in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
Able to use at least one programming language to solve coding problems (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift)
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)

Compensation & Work Details

Remote: full-time or part-time
Flexible schedule (choose which projects you want to work on)
Independent contract work
Paid hourly starting at $50–$100+/hr, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
Payment via PayPal (no money required from applicants)
