About the role
Role Overview
You will join DataAnnotation as a Web Application Developer supporting the training of AI models. Your work will involve evaluating AI chatbots, assessing logic and output quality, and solving coding problems to help improve model performance.
Responsibilities
- Create AI chatbot coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
- Assess AI model responses for correctness and performance
- Solve coding problems and explain how your solutions solve the stated problems
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript
- Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank) using at least one of: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift
- English fluency (native or bilingual)
- Detail-oriented approach
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree (current, in progress, or completed)
Contract & Work Setup
- Remote position (choose projects and work on your own schedule)
- Independent contract work
- Paid hourly: $50–$100+/hr with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
- Payments via PayPal; applicants must be located in the United States
