About the role

Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation as a Web Application Developer to help train AI models. You will evaluate AI chatbots’ progress, assess their logic, and solve coding problems to improve model quality.

Responsibilities

Create and/or provide coding challenges for AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI-generated responses for correctness and performance
Debug and improve solutions by solving coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank-style)

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
Can solve coding problems in a required programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift)
Ability to explain how your solution solves each coding problem
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Preferred

Currently in progress, completed, or ongoing Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
