About the role

Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation as a Web Application Developer to help train and evaluate AI models. You will work on assessing AI chatbots’ coding challenges and improving the quality of the models through careful evaluation and debugging.

Responsibilities

Create/give coding challenges for AI chatbots and evaluate their responses
Assess AI-generated outputs for correctness and performance
Troubleshoot and solve problems to improve model quality
For each coding solution, explain how it solves the problem

Requirements

Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript (at least one)
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank)
Strong English fluency (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Nice to Have

A Bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed preferred)

Contract & Work Details

Remote position (independent contract)
Choose projects and work on your own schedule
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
Payment via PayPal
