About the role

Role Overview

DataAnnotation is looking for a Web Application Developer to help train and evaluate AI models. You will create and assess coding challenges, measure chatbot progress, and improve the quality of each model.

Responsibilities

Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI model results for correctness and performance
Solve coding problems and provide clear explanations for how your solutions work

Requirements

Proficient in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
Proficient in at least one programming language among: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift
Strong ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank) and explain solutions
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented and experienced with:
- Algorithms
- Data structures
- Debugging workflows
Bachelor’s degree (current/in progress/completed) preferred but not required

Contract & Compensation

Independent contract position
Remote (full-time or part-time)
Pay: hourly, up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
Payment via PayPal
Only applicants in the United States will be considered
