About the role
Role Overview
Join DataAnnotation as a Web Application Developer to train and evaluate AI chatbots. You’ll review AI-generated outputs, assess their correctness and performance, and help improve model quality.
Responsibilities
- Provide AI chatbot coding challenges
- Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
- Assess logic and quality of model responses
- Solve coding problems and explain how your solutions work
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript
- Ability to code in at least one programming language: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
- Strong English fluency (native or bilingual)
- Detail-oriented approach
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
- Ability to explain solution reasoning (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank-style)
Preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree (current, in progress, or completed)
Compensation & Work Details
- Remote (United States only)
- Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
- Payment via PayPal
- Independent contract position; full-time or part-time
- Choose which projects to work on and your own schedule
