About the role

Role overview

You will join DataAnnotation as a Web Application Developer to help train AI models. The work involves running coding tasks for AI chatbots and evaluating their responses to improve model quality.

Responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots with coding challenges and prompts
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
Assess the logic of model responses and solve issues to improve quality
Explain how your solutions solve given coding problems

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank, etc.) using at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift)
Strong English communication (native or bilingual level)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree (current/in progress/completed)

Compensation & work model

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
Independent contract; projects are paid hourly (payment via PayPal)
