About the role
Role Overview
You will help train AI models by creating and evaluating coding challenges for AI chatbots. The goal is to measure progress, evaluate logic, and improve the quality of each model.
Responsibilities
- Provide AI chatbots with coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
- Assess AI-generated results for correctness and performance
- Solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank-style) and explain how your solution works
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
- Ability to work with at least one programming language: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
- Strong English fluency (native or bilingual level)
- Detail-oriented approach
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed)
Compensation & Work Model
- Remote (full-time or part-time)
- Independent contract work
- Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
- Payment via PayPal
