Web Application Developer

Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation as a Web Application Developer supporting the training and evaluation of AI chatbots. You will assess chatbot progress, review the logic of outputs, and solve coding problems to improve model quality.

Responsibilities

• Create coding challenges for AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate AI model responses for correctness and performance
• Solve coding problems and determine how the solution improves model quality
• Explain how your solutions address each coding problem

Requirements

• Proficient in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
• Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift) to solve coding problems (LeetCode/HackerRank-style)
• Strong skills in algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
• Detail-oriented approach

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree (in progress, current, or completed)

Work Details

• Remote: full-time or part-time
• Paid hourly (up to $60 USD/hour) with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
• Independent contract position; payment via PayPal
