About the role

Role Overview

You will join DataAnnotation as a Web Application Developer to train and evaluate AI models, specifically by measuring the progress and logic of AI chatbots.

Responsibilities

Create and assign coding challenges for AI chatbots
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
Debug and solve problems to improve model quality

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language, including Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank) and explain how your solution works
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)

Work Setup & Logistics

Remote position (independent contract)
Choose which projects you work on and work on your own schedule
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
Payments via PayPal
