About the role

Role overview

You will join DataAnnotation as a Web Application Developer to help train AI models. Your work involves evaluating AI chatbot outputs and solving coding challenges to improve the quality of each model.

Responsibilities

Create and/or give AI chatbots coding challenges and review their outputs
Evaluate AI model responses for correctness and performance
Debug and solve coding problems to improve model quality
Explain how your solutions solve each coding challenge

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
Strong ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank) in one or more of: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)

Contract & compensation

Independent contract position
Remote; work on your own schedule
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work
Payment via PayPal
