About the role

Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation as a Web Application Developer to train and evaluate AI chatbots/models. You will help measure progress, review logic, and solve coding problems to improve overall quality.

Responsibilities

Create or provide coding challenges for AI chatbots
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for:
- Correctness
- Performance
Solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank-style)
Clearly explain how your solution works and why it solves the problem

Requirements

Proficient in at least one programming language, including Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to solve coding problems in one or more of: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
A bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed) is preferred but not required

Compensation & Work Details

Remote (US only)
Independent contract; full-time or part-time
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour with bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work
Payment via PayPal; US applicants only
Flexible scheduling; choose which projects to work on

Higher depth in algorithms/data structures beyond basic familiarity
