About the role

Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation as a Web Application Developer to help train AI models. You will design and/or review coding challenges for AI chatbots, measure progress, and evaluate the correctness and performance of model outputs.

Responsibilities

Provide coding challenges to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI-generated results for correctness and performance
Solve coding problems and clearly explain how your solution works

Requirements

Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) using at least one programming language from:
- JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Ability to explain how solutions solve the given problems

Nice-to-Haves

A Bachelor’s degree (current/in progress/completed) in a related field (preferred)

Compensation & Work Style

Remote position (full-time or part-time)
Independent contract work
Hourly pay up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
You can choose projects and work on your own schedule
Payment via PayPal; applicants must be in the United States
