About the role

Role Overview

You will join DataAnnotation to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. The work involves creating and assessing coding challenges and measuring how well AI models perform, with a focus on correctness and quality.

Responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots with coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI model responses for correctness and performance
Solve coding problems and improve the quality of each model
Explain how your solutions address each coding problem

Qualifications

Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Ability to explain solution logic for coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank-style)
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)

Job Type / Logistics

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Independent contract work; you can choose projects and work on your own schedule
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work
Payment via PayPal (company notes they will not ask applicants for money)
