About the role

Role Overview

Join the team as a Web Application Developer to help train AI models. You’ll assess AI chatbot progress by evaluating the logic and quality of model outputs, then solve coding problems to improve the overall quality of the models.

Responsibilities

Create coding challenges for AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI model responses for correctness and performance
Debug and solve coding problems, and explain how your solutions work

Requirements

Proficient in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
Able to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank-style) in at least one programming language: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Nice-to-Haves

Bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed) preferred

Contract & Work Details

Remote (choose your own schedule)
Paid hourly, up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
Independent contract position; payment via PayPal
