About the role
Role Overview
You will join DataAnnotation to help train and evaluate AI models/chatbots. Your work involves coding challenges, assessing chatbot outputs, and improving the quality of model performance.
Responsibilities
- Create and/or assign coding challenges for AI chatbots and evaluate their responses
- Assess AI outputs for correctness and performance
- Solve coding problems and clearly explain how your solutions work
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript
- Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank) in at least one of: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift
- English fluency (native or bilingual)
- Detail-oriented with experience in algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Nice to Have
- A current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
Work Model / Logistics
- Remote (choose your schedule)
- Independent contract; projects are paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
