About the role

Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation as a Web Application Developer to help train AI models. You’ll evaluate AI chatbots’ coding challenges and measure the quality and logic of their outputs, improving model performance over time.

Responsibilities

Create or assign coding challenges to AI chatbots.
Evaluate outputs for correctness and performance.
Solve coding problems and explain how your solutions address the problem.
Assess AI model logic and debugging-related behavior to improve overall quality.

Qualifications

Proficiency in at least one programming language (required) such as:
- JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
Strong algorithms, data structures, and debugging experience.
Ability to explain solutions clearly for each coding problem (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank-style).
Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
Detail-oriented approach.

Preferred / Nice to Have

A Bachelor’s degree (current, in-progress, or completed) is preferred but not required.

Location & Employment Details

Remote position.
Independent contract.
Work is hourly, with payment via PayPal, and opportunities to choose projects.

Compensation

Up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.
