Vue.js/Nuxt Developer - Remote

Role Overview

You’ll work remotely as a contractor on an hourly-paid basis reviewing and improving AI-generated Vue/Nuxt code and technical explanations. There’s no immediate project, but if qualified you’ll be contacted first for upcoming frontend-relevant opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI training content: create detailed prompts across Vue/Nuxt topics and write high-quality reference answers.
• Optimize AI performance: evaluate and rank multiple AI responses for correctness, clarity, accessibility, and performance.
• Ensure model integrity: check outputs for inaccuracies or unsafe recommendations, validating reliability in realistic use cases.
• Code review & validation: assess solutions for issues in Vue reactivity, component composition, state management, SSR/SSG, routing/data fetching, hydration, caching, and bundle performance.
• Technical quality: fact-check information and write clear, best-practice explanations and model solutions.
• Quality practices: enforce correctness and coding standards; evaluate reasoning quality systematically.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4+ years building production web apps with Vue.js, including 2+ years with Nuxt (or equivalent SSR framework experience).
• Expert Vue (Vue 3) knowledge: Composition API, reactivity, component patterns, lifecycle, slots, transitions.
• Strong Nuxt 3 fundamentals: server routes, middleware, composables, Nitro, SSR/SSG, caching, deployment patterns.
• Strong web fundamentals: HTTP, rendering, security basics (XSS/CSRF), cookies/sessions, OAuth.
• Performance mindset: bundle optimization, code splitting, image optimization, Core Web Vitals, profiling.
• Testing/quality experience: Vitest/Jest, Vue Test Utils, Playwright/Cypress, linting, CI/CD.
• Ability to write clear technical explanations in English (C1) and follow detailed English guidelines.
• Proven experience doing detailed code reviews and enforcing standards (maintainability, correctness, accessibility).

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI training/annotation or evaluating AI-generated technical content.
