About the role

Role Overview

Unlimit is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Lead / VP Sales to drive growth for its domestic India payment gateway business. You will acquire and manage large enterprise merchants, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue in a competitive payments ecosystem.

Location / Work Setup

Mumbai/Bangalore (Remote: India)

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end enterprise sales for domestic payment gateway solutions
Identify, engage, and close high-value enterprise merchants across sectors such as:
- e-commerce, fintech, travel, edtech, healthcare, etc.
Own MTU and GMV targets and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
Build long-term strategic partnerships with enterprise clients
Leverage existing CXO-level and senior stakeholder relationships to generate new business
Position Unlimit vs competitors across domestic and cross-border segments
Coordinate with product, integration, operations, and risk teams to ensure seamless onboarding and go-live

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise sales experience in payments / fintech / banking
Strong network and proven experience selling to large enterprise merchants
Deep understanding of the UPI ecosystem, cards (credit/debit), payment gateways, and aggregators
Proven track record closing large-ticket deals and managing long sales cycles
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure deals

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to cross-border payments / international collections
Experience working with payment aggregators, PSPs, or banks
Prior experience in fintech companies
