Role Overview

VP, Product Portfolio Strategy (Integrations Portfolio) is a senior product leader responsible for defining the strategy and ensuring operational excellence across bswift’s enterprise integrations ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Own the enterprise integration strategy and multi-year roadmap across file-based, SSO/identity, and API integrations.
Build and evolve a modern, scalable integrations platform using reusable patterns, standards, governance, and architectural best practices.
Drive self-service integration capabilities so internal teams and external partners can configure, validate, onboard, and manage integrations with minimal engineering dependency.
Lead build-versus-buy evaluations for integration tools and platforms to maximize efficiency, scalability, and ROI.
Oversee execution and operational performance across:
- High-volume file workflows and EDI transactions
- Identity & access protocols (SAML, OAuth)
- Real-time API integrations
Define and maintain security, compliance, performance, and resiliency standards, including SLAs/KPIs, observability, and incident management.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Client Services, Sales, and external partners to deliver outcomes aligned with business and customer needs.
Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Provide executive-level reporting on portfolio health, delivery progress, risks, and measurable business impact.

Requirements

10–15+ years of progressive technology/product/platform leadership experience, focused on enterprise integrations.
Deep expertise in integration architectures, including file-based data exchange, EDI, SSO/identity protocols, APIs, and automation frameworks.
Proven success scaling self-service integration platforms and reducing reliance on manual/custom engineering.
Experience evaluating and deploying integration platforms and tooling at enterprise scale.
Strong executive presence and ability to influence technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
Experience leading and scaling high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
