About the role

Role Overview

Lead the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution for a leading consumer mobile product used at scale. As VP of Product, you will own product quality and release integrity, translate business goals and user insights into an actionable roadmap, and build a strong product culture across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product organization (product managers and UX designers) through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Own product strategy, roadmap definition, and prioritization, balancing near-term delivery with long-term growth objectives.
  • Serve as the ultimate owner of product quality and execution, accountable for features, releases, and overall product integrity.
  • Partner with engineering and marketing to align ideation through launch; proactively remove blockers and drive cross-functional delivery.
  • Use data, customer insights, and performance metrics to improve engagement, retention, and growth outcomes.
  • Represent the product org in executive planning, ensuring alignment on priorities, capacity, and strategic direction.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing product teams for consumer-facing mobile products.
  • Proven ability to launch and scale products from early stage to broad market adoption.
  • Strong capability to define and communicate product vision and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Deep experience collaborating with engineering and design, balancing strategic leadership with product oversight.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs (e.g., retention, engagement, growth).
  • Excellent communication and executive leadership skills across high-stakes environments.
