VP of Growth

Role Overview

VP of Growth is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for revenue expansion and market development for Pine Ridge Power. You will lead growth strategy across sales, marketing, and business development, aligning go-to-market efforts with long-term business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth plans for revenue expansion and market growth
• Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional, distributed team
• Establish performance metrics/KPIs and track progress toward growth objectives
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships
• Identify new market opportunities in industrial and commercial sectors
• Refine and strengthen the company’s value proposition
• Collaborate with senior leadership on pricing, go-to-market strategy, and customer experience
• Ensure sustainable and profitable growth through data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• Strong sales experience driving revenue growth and managing complex customer relationships
• Proven team leadership (mentoring, performance management, building high-performing teams)
• Expertise in strategic planning (growth objectives, roadmaps, data-informed decisions)
• Business development experience identifying new markets, forming partnerships, and expanding offerings
• Marketing skills spanning positioning, demand generation, and communication strategies
• Beneficial experience in industrial, construction, or electrical services
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with KPI-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
