Role Overview

Bored Panda (Spike animated series) is casting voice actors to bring recurring characters to life. They are looking to fill two lead roles (Spike and Sparkle) as well as versatile utility players who can perform multiple recurring characters.

What You Will Do

• Perform expressive voice acting for recurring characters, matching the show’s playful and energetic tone
• Help shape memorable voices and personalities for characters in a global IP
• Deliver engaging performances that support clear storytelling in fast-paced 3–5 minute episodes
• Enhance visual comedy and elevate emotional moments through voice
• Maintain consistent character voices and performance quality across multiple episodes
• Take direction well, adjusting pacing, emotion, and delivery as needed
• Record clean, broadcast-quality audio using a professional home studio setup
• Attend remote directed recording sessions when required
• Work efficiently to meet recording schedules as part of weekly production cadence
• Collaborate with directors and sound supervisors to deliver polished, world-class results

What We Expect

• Professional voice acting experience in animation, games, children’s media, dubbing, or similar
• Strong character acting skills with distinctive, believable, and consistent voices
• Strong acting instincts and understanding of how voice supports visual storytelling
• Ability to take direction and still bring creative ideas to strengthen performances
• Clear diction, vocal control, and emotionally authentic delivery
• Fluency in English with mastery of American accents
• Ability to deliver performances that are globally accessible and communicate across cultures
• Comfort in a fast-paced, digital-first production environment
• Reliable home recording setup capable of broadcast-quality audio
• Professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to meet deadlines

Compensation

• €40–€120 gross per episode

• Vilnius, Lithuania (recording likely remote for sessions, but role is listed with Vilnius location)
