Role Overview

Design Expert focused on designing and evaluating complex, real-world workflows across visual, product, and creative domains to assess AI agent performance on advanced design tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end design workflows across brand, UX, and creative operations scenarios
• Develop evaluation tasks that include:
  • marketing assets
  • design systems
  • wireframes
  • prototypes
  • visual outputs
• Translate real-world design processes into structured evaluation scenarios
• Evaluate and grade AI-generated outputs against defined design criteria
• Refine workflows to handle complexity, edge cases, and multi-step execution challenges

Requirements

• Proficiency in visual design, brand systems, product/UX design, or creative operations
• Experience using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalents for wireframing and prototyping
• Experience with design systems, components, and asset management workflows
• Ability to produce and interpret design artifacts (e.g., specs, wireframes, prototypes, briefs)
• Strong capability to evaluate design quality and explain structured reasoning

Compensation & Setup

• Part-time, remote
• $55–$95 per hour
