Vice President of Product Trading

Role Overview

As Vice President of Product Trading at Zero Hash, you will define and drive product strategy and the roadmap for trading-related offerings. You’ll lead product managers, oversee the full product lifecycle, and maintain a strong understanding of market needs.

Key Missions

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering creativity and collaboration.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from conception through launch and ensure continuous delivery of valuable solutions.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap.
• Provide project management expertise and partner closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Ability to translate company vision into longer-term roadmaps.
• Strong project management skills and problem-solving ability.
• Proven experience leading Agile development in a high-growth or emerging category environment.
• Strong background in FinTech, trading systems, blockchain, or financial markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable tasks.
• Experience testing/integrating to APIs.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, including ability to work with SQL.
• Proven ability to develop product and go-to-market (marketing) strategies and communicate recommendations to executive leadership.
• Technical fluency: able to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams.
• 10+ years in Product Management, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise with project management methodologies and tools, especially Jira.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience at banking-as-a-service (BaaS), brokerage-as-a-service (BaaS), or payment-as-a-service businesses.
• Expertise in trading systems plus tokenization and payments (a plus).
