Vice President of Product

Role overview

Join Roebling as the Vice President of Product to shape and execute the strategy for a suite of digital and supporting products. You’ll operate at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience to deliver best-in-class B2B tools and platforms.

Key missions

• Develop and execute a product strategy aligned with Roebling’s business goals, identifying market opportunities and leading products from 0 to 1.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, partnering with cross-functional teams and ensuring a smooth commercial integration.
• Use key product performance indicators to improve product performance, enhance user experience, and meet internal and external needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management with a proven track record launching and managing digital products across the full lifecycle.
• Experience working with outsourced developers, designers, and external resources.
• Ability and willingness to go deep into execution, including code or design, to ensure successful delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile development and product management best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven decision-making, tracking and improving key product metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience building and scaling B2B products, ideally for technical/engineering users (e.g., process engineering, chemical/industrial engineering, capital project development).
• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
