Requirements

• Proven experience defining product roadmaps and planning.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence at all levels.
• Broad knowledge of technology and software development.
• Demonstrated capability to break down complex problems and deliver pragmatic solutions.
• Strong understanding of business software solutions and commercial product lifecycle decisions (introduce/grow/mature/retire).
• Experience assessing commercial viability and deciding build/buy/partner approaches.
• Significant people leadership experience, including motivating teams and developing capabilities.
