Role Overview

Join Icertis as Vice President of Legal Advisory. You will lead and scale the company’s global Legal Advisory function, partnering with internal teams to drive revenue growth, support product innovation, and strengthen market leadership in legal technology.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and scale Icertis’ global Legal Advisory function, supporting corporate legal departments in leveraging Contract Intelligence and AI.
Build and lead a team of Legal Advisors; establish scalable operating models, methodologies, and a global customer engagement strategy.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive legal stakeholders (e.g., General Counsel, Chief Legal Officers) and legal operations leaders.
Drive executive-level discussions on legal transformation, including contract risk, regulatory compliance, governance, and AI adoption.
Represent Icertis as a thought leader in the legal technology market.

Requirements

Proven experience partnering with corporate legal departments and senior legal stakeholders (e.g., General Counsel, CLOs, Legal Operations leaders).
Strong understanding of value realization/ROI, digital transformation, and a passion for AI and innovation.
JD (or equivalent law degree); active or prior legal qualification preferred.
Exceptional executive communication, influencing, and storytelling skills; ability to engage C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing advisory teams, including scaling global programs.
15+ years of experience across legal technology, legal operations, enterprise software, consulting, or corporate legal environments.
Ability to advise on contract risk, regulatory compliance, governance, legal operations, and AI adoption.
Deep expertise in commercial contracting, contract lifecycle management (CLM), governance, compliance, and risk management.

Nice-to-haves

Specific experience with AI adoption within legal organizations and/or legal transformation programs (implied by responsibilities).
