Vice President of Creative (Remote, United States)

The Vice President of Creative leads the development and execution of a global creative strategy. This executive-level role shapes brand expression, elevates creative output, and ensures consistency across visual, narrative, and experiential touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Define and lead overall creative vision and brand direction
Oversee creative strategy across campaigns, digital platforms, and brand experiences
Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams (design, content, visual storytelling)
Partner with marketing, product, and executive stakeholders to align creative with business objectives
Maintain high standards for visual identity, tone, and storytelling consistency
Guide concept development from ideation through final execution across all channels
Drive innovation in creative processes, tools, and brand expression
Review and approve major creative deliverables for quality and alignment
Mentor senior creative leaders and build a scalable creative organization
Monitor industry trends and integrate forward-thinking creative practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, Communications, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
10+ years of progressive experience in creative leadership roles
Proven track record leading high-performing creative teams in fast-paced environments
Strong portfolio showing brand-building, campaign leadership, and creative direction
Deep understanding of digital, social, and multi-channel creative ecosystems
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Ability to translate business goals into compelling creative narratives
Experience working with remote/distributed teams highly valued
