About the role

UX Writer (Healthcare)

Join Solace to help shape healthcare experiences through language. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to craft intuitive, human-centered content that guides patients through complex moments.

Key missions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered product content
Write and edit product content across multiple user experiences, ensuring clarity and compliance
Help define content strategy and messaging for new features
Participate in design critiques and continuously improve the overall product experience

Profile / Requirements

4–6 years of experience writing for digital products or complex user experiences
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Ability to simplify complex information into clear, approachable language
Deep understanding of UX writing and content design principles
Empathy and strong attention to detail
Experience working effectively on an agile distributed team
Growth mindset and strong appetite for feedback and critique
Portfolio showcasing product writing or UX content work
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Interest in how AI tools can support (not replace) thoughtful, human-centered writing
