UX/UI Web Designer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a UX/UI Web Designer with 3+ years of professional experience in responsive web design. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director, Project Managers, and Development Teams to turn high-level ideas into compelling, user-friendly visual solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to understand project scope and requirements
• Lead end-to-end design phases, including:
  • content strategy, auditing, wireframing, visual design, UX, and QA
• Create original designs that balance creativity with a strong user experience
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets that meet project goals and specs
• Present and clearly communicate design decisions to internal teams and clients
• Incorporate feedback and participate in iterative/agile workflows to meet timelines and budgets
• Maintain and promote design standards, best practices, and guidelines across projects
• Manage multiple projects by tracking time and deliverables to hit deadlines
• Optimize visual assets for web performance and usability

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in digital web design
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) and modern design tools like Figma or Sketch
• Strong understanding of UX best practices across devices
• Experience with information architecture and usability-focused website restructuring
• Excellent visual strategy and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS; SASS is a plus
• Ability to create and optimize visual assets for web production
• Desirable: experience with WordPress and component-based design approaches
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
