UX/UI Web Designer - Remote

Role Overview

We’re seeking a creative Web Designer (UX/UI) to create innovative, responsive web solutions for a variety of clients. You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Project Manager, and the Development Team to take designs from concept through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative and project stakeholders to understand scope and requirements.
• Lead and execute all phases of the design process, including:
  • Content strategy
  • Information architecture
  • Wireframing
  • Visual design
  • Quality assurance
• Create original, visually engaging designs while maintaining a seamless user experience.
• Present design concepts to internal teams and clients and incorporate feedback.
• Use research and (where available) data to validate design decisions.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Promote and uphold design standards and best practices across projects.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
• Optimize visual assets for web production (e.g., icon fonts and image exports).
• Contribute to a collaborative workflow using tools such as InVision for prototyping and presentations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in digital web design.
• Strong creative passion for visual strategy and design.
• Excellent attention to detail and aesthetic judgment.
• Understanding of information architecture and usability-focused site restructuring.
• Knowledge of UX best practices across devices.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or modern design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Ability to learn new tools and techniques.
• Strong communication skills; ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Strong organization and time management.

Nice to Have

• Experience using prototyping/presentation tools like InVision.
• Demonstrated ability to incorporate research and data into UX decisions.
