About the role

UX/UI Designer (US only)

Design and ship user-centered experiences across web and mobile.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across web and mobile
  • Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Design user flows, journey maps, and user scenarios
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement and refine designs
  • Ensure a clean, modern, user-centric aesthetic aligned with brand guidelines
  • Conduct user testing, analyze feedback, and iterate to improve usability
  • Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations clearly
  • Stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies and apply them proactively

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio (web + mobile)
  • Native/Bilingual English (read/write/speak)
  • Design systems experience (creating and maintaining)
  • Figma proficiency (3+ years), including:
    • Nested components
    • Auto layout
    • Design libraries
  • Strong wireframing/prototyping skills (wireframes, user flows, prototypes)
  • Clean, minimalist, user-centric design eye; strong creativity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Attention to detail (pixel-perfect layouts, consistent design language)
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge/experience in corporate/financial accounting areas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Usability testing methodologies and tools
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS

Work Arrangement & Schedule

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • US-Remote or based in Los Angeles, CA
  • Must overlap with U.S. Pacific Time business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST)
