About the role

Role Overview

Design intuitive, beautiful, and high-converting experiences across Base360.ai’s core product and marketing surfaces. You’ll translate complex workflows into UX/UI that helps B2C brands solve real problems, partnering closely with the CEO, product managers, and engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs in Figma based on product requirements
  • Design conversion-focused landing pages for product launches and campaigns
  • Build and refine dashboards, workflows, and integrations for the core product
  • Maintain a consistent visual language across all product modules and customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to iterate rapidly
  • Help define and maintain/expand the design system and component library
  • Contribute to and evolve the Base360.ai brand as it grows

Requirements

  • Strong UX/UI design skills with the ability to turn requirements into production-ready UI
  • Proficiency with Figma
  • Ability to build marketing and product experiences with a focus on conversion and usability

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience running usability tests and A/B testing
  • Experience designing dashboard/workflow-heavy products and integrations
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries
