About the role
Role Overview
Design intuitive, beautiful, and high-converting experiences across Base360.ai’s core product and marketing surfaces. You’ll translate complex workflows into UX/UI that helps B2C brands solve real problems, partnering closely with the CEO, product managers, and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs in Figma based on product requirements
- Design conversion-focused landing pages for product launches and campaigns
- Build and refine dashboards, workflows, and integrations for the core product
- Maintain a consistent visual language across all product modules and customer touchpoints
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to iterate rapidly
- Help define and maintain/expand the design system and component library
- Contribute to and evolve the Base360.ai brand as it grows
Requirements
- Strong UX/UI design skills with the ability to turn requirements into production-ready UI
- Proficiency with Figma
- Ability to build marketing and product experiences with a focus on conversion and usability
Nice-to-haves
- Experience running usability tests and A/B testing
- Experience designing dashboard/workflow-heavy products and integrations
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
