About the role

UX/UI Designer — Role Overview

Create intuitive, beautiful, high-converting product and marketing experiences for Base360.ai. You’ll translate complex workflows into user-friendly designs across the product, marketing site, and customer touchpoints, working closely with the CEO, product managers, and engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Design core product experiences: dashboards, workflows, and integrations
  • Create marketing assets: landing pages, product pages, and demo flows
  • Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI in Figma
  • Maintain a consistent visual language across product modules and touchpoints
  • Collaborate with developers for pixel-perfect implementation
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments
  • Define, maintain, and expand the design system and component library
  • Gather user feedback and iterate quickly
  • Contribute to brand shaping as the product scales

Requirements

  • Strong UX/UI design skills with the ability to turn workflows into delightful experiences
  • Proficiency creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs in Figma
  • Experience supporting design system development and cross-surface consistency
  • Ability to collaborate closely with engineers for accurate implementation

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing both product and conversion-focused marketing landing pages
  • Experience running or informing A/B experiments based on user feedback
  • A user-research and usability-testing mindset
