UX/UI Designer

Design and build intuitive, engaging user experiences for web and mobile products.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by translating business requirements and user feedback into usable experiences
• Produce design flows, wireframes, and visual designs for web and mobile
• Build prototypes and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and deliver solutions
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices
• Create and maintain design systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI and interface design skills
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design
• Knowledge of accessibility standards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design systems
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Exposure to motion design/animation
• Experience with user testing methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile development processes
