About the role

Role Overview

Senior UX/UI Designer responsible for turning complex user needs into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences. You will lead end-to-end design work and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape user journeys across modern platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead and conduct user research (qualitative and quantitative), translating findings into actionable design insights
Design and deliver end-to-end user experiences (user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes)
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment
Create and refine workflows, navigation systems, and interfaces that improve usability and engagement
Maintain and evolve design systems and UX frameworks for consistency and scalability
Advocate for user-centered design and accessibility standards; validate solutions via testing and feedback loops
Improve UX practices by staying current with industry trends and emerging methodologies

Requirements

5+ years of experience in UX/UI design (or related role) with a strong, user-centered portfolio
Strong user research and usability testing skills; ability to translate insights into design outcomes
Proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, and prototyping
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills
Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Bootstrap) and close collaboration with developers
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design (healthcare or data-driven experience is a plus)
