About the role
Role Overview
Senior UX/UI Designer responsible for turning complex user needs into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences. You will lead end-to-end design work and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape user journeys across modern platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct user research (qualitative and quantitative), translating findings into actionable design insights
- Design and deliver end-to-end user experiences (user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes)
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment
- Create and refine workflows, navigation systems, and interfaces that improve usability and engagement
- Maintain and evolve design systems and UX frameworks for consistency and scalability
- Advocate for user-centered design and accessibility standards; validate solutions via testing and feedback loops
- Improve UX practices by staying current with industry trends and emerging methodologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design (or related role) with a strong, user-centered portfolio
- Strong user research and usability testing skills; ability to translate insights into design outcomes
- Proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, and prototyping
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Bootstrap) and close collaboration with developers
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design (healthcare or data-driven experience is a plus)
