About the role

Role Overview

Senior UX/UI Designer responsible for turning complex user needs into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences. You will lead end-to-end design work and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape user journeys across modern platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and conduct user research (qualitative and quantitative), translating findings into actionable design insights
  • Design and deliver end-to-end user experiences (user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes)
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment
  • Create and refine workflows, navigation systems, and interfaces that improve usability and engagement
  • Maintain and evolve design systems and UX frameworks for consistency and scalability
  • Advocate for user-centered design and accessibility standards; validate solutions via testing and feedback loops
  • Improve UX practices by staying current with industry trends and emerging methodologies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design (or related role) with a strong, user-centered portfolio
  • Strong user research and usability testing skills; ability to translate insights into design outcomes
  • Proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, and prototyping
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Bootstrap) and close collaboration with developers
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design (healthcare or data-driven experience is a plus)
