About the role

Role Overview

Irth is hiring a UX-UI (User Experience) Designer to shape web and mobile app products. You’ll lead UX strategy and execution end-to-end in a small Experience Team, working remotely with guidance from the Creative Director and collaborating closely with product managers, developers, stakeholders, and customers.

Responsibilities

Own the full UX process from discovery to delivery
Conduct user research (including user interviews)
Create user personas, user flows, and journeys
Produce wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI mockups
Present UX concepts and designs to stakeholders
Collect and analyze user feedback and behavioral data to drive iterations
Partner with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility and alignment
Document finalized designs for development, QA, and internal teams

Requirements

Proven track record designing digital products end-to-end
2–5 years as a UX Designer or UX Strategist (SaaS and/or web/app experience preferred)
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and prototyping
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability testing
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to articulate design decisions
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional team

Experience with SaaS and web/app-based environments
